SecureAI_Now — Company AI inspected on your LAN

One compact appliance on your network. Company Chat is inspected on this box. Blocked prompts stay in the building. Same software on every pack: Chat, gateway, Review, Rules, and the scanner.

How it works

Why organizations buy the box

Staff already use ChatGPT and internal agents. Your firewall, proxy, and cloud security still matter — they were not built for that conversation. SecureAI is an add-on on your LAN, in front of company AI, on hardware that stays in your Canadian office or datacentre.

Company AI chat going through the SecureAI appliance

The box plugs into the company network you already operate. Staff use company Chat on the URL your IT assigns — not chatgpt.com. A local intent engine separates learn from do. How-tos go through. Live recon, wipe, jailbreak, and confidential dumps stop here.

If a request is refused, the employee sees that in Chat. Your IT sees it on Review. The outside provider never sees a blocked turn. Conversations stay on the appliance. Secrets can be redacted; patient charts and discharge summaries are blocked, not stripped.

When you are about to put a new AI system in front of staff, the same box includes a prompt-injection scanner and a downloadable audit PDF.

Where data lives

Chats, blocked requests, Review, Rules, users, and company settings stay on the appliance on your network. We do not run a SecureAI cloud that holds a copy of your conversations. A cloud AI-security product usually must receive the prompt before it can decide — SecureAI inspects first, on this machine.

Architecture

Why we are better on-prem

Compare the architecture, not a feature list. Most “AI security” is a cloud console. SecureAI is company Chat on hardware you own.

What you care about Typical cloud AI console Just block chatgpt.com SecureAI on your LAN
Where the prompt is judged Their tenant. They must see the text to decide. Nowhere. There is no inspect. This appliance, on your network.
A blocked company dump They may stop the model. They already received the paste. People paste it on a phone instead. Stays on this box. The public model never sees that turn.
Company Chat Usually not included. No. Staff lose a place to work. Included. Staff work here, not on chatgpt.com.
Who holds the records Their cloud, often outside Canada. Nobody — and nobody is in control. You. Office or datacentre you can walk to.
Who you call A foreign sales desk. Nobody. SmartGeek in Canada. The people who wrote it.

Why the box

Ten reasons companies put SecureAI in front of public AI

  1. It is an add-on, not a replacement.

Keep the firewall, proxy, and security suite you already paid for.

  2. What should not leave, does not leave.

Unwanted requests are stopped on your network before a public model sees them.

  3. Mistakes stay inside the building.

Sensitive material is handled on your side of the connection.

  4. It lives on your network, not in someone else’s tenant.

No foreign cloud console holding a copy of every chat.

  5. Your people set the rules.

IT sees what was stopped on Review. Jailbreak and secret dumps stay blocked.

  6. It fits the way your organization works.

Your conversations are not shipped off to train someone else’s system.

  7. Prove it before you go live.

Scanner included — report PDF for security.

  8. Keep the AI you already pay for.

Approved tools still talk to the providers you chose. The box sits in front.

  9. Made for Canadian rooms that cannot shrug at residency.

Hospitals, banks, government, campuses, utilities, and law firms.

  10. You deal with the people who built it.

Software written in Canada by Canadians, sold and supported by SmartGeek.
